Contract

This agreement („Agreement“) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date by and between the High Court of India, hereinafter referred to as „HCOI“, and the Clerk Association, hereinafter referred to as „CA“.

WHEREAS, HCOI is responsible for setting the syllabus for the High Court Clerk examination in Hindi, and CA represents the clerks employed at the High Court;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Syllabus Development

HCOI shall be responsible for developing and updating the syllabus for the High Court Clerk examination in Hindi, in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by the Ministry of Law and Justice.

2. Publication Distribution

Upon finalization of the syllabus, HCOI shall publish and distribute the same to all clerks through CA. CA responsible ensuring clerks receive copy syllabus understand contents.

3. Compliance

All clerks required comply syllabus set forth HCOI. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary actions as per the rules and regulations of the High Court of India.

4. Amendments Modifications
